We conclude the week on KNPR’s State of Nevada with a brief excerpt from a play that’s in its second week at “A Public Fit Theatre Company” here in Las Vegas.

It’s Martin McDonagh's play, “The Beauty Queen of Leenane," which premiered in Galway, Ireland in 1996. Its run included the Atlantic Theatre Company - and Broadway – and was revived, last month, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

The current Las Vegas production is directed by Ann-Marie Pareth.
