'Mas Americanos: The Musical' Blends Theater And Activism

Actors rehearse "Mas Americanos."

An upcoming theatrical reading in Las Vegas combines music and activism – specifically immigration issues.

It’s called “Más Americanos,” and it will take place September 9 and 10 at the Winchester Cultural Center.

In the musical, aliens come down to Earth and offer Americans renewable energy and medicine in exchange for 11 million undocumented immigrants.
