Utah Lawmaker Tries To Ban Death Penalty

A Republican state senator from St. George has filed a bill to get rid of the death penalty in Utah.

Steve Urquhart says it costs too much money for Utah to execute prisoners.

He also says Utah shouldn't be in the business of killing people.

We thought we'd talk to him about his bill, and the chances of it moving forward.
