Mad Women: Office Life In The 60s

Fans of Mad Men praise the program's rich dialogue, vintage costumes and high-toned dramatics.

Although it’s set in the 60s, the show presents interpersonal dynamics at home and at work that at once seem archaic and familiar.

Mad Men enthusiast and UNLV professor Erika Engstrom collaborated with some friends who were also academics and fans of the program to write a book about the issues that working women faced then and now.
