Cirque Settles Fatal Fall Case

OSHA closed its case against Cirque du Soleil last week, dismissing all but one charge and a $7,000 fine in the death of acrobat Sarah Guyard-Guillot last June. The agency did find the circus company at fault in the design of the rope and pulley system that failed, leading to her death. Does the investigation prove the company did everything it could to protect performers? Or did they get away with a slap on the wrist?
