Pokerstars Pays $731 Million to Settle Charges

The online poker company, Pokerstars, has agreed to pay $731 milllion to settle civil suits accusing the company of money-laundering. The Justice Deptartment announced the deal on Tuesday. Pokerstars will also end up owning Full Tilt Poker. So what's happening with online poker? Is this a prelude to legalizing online poker - at least in some states?
