Layoffs at the Review-Journal

On Thursday 21 newsroom staffers were laid off at the Las Vegas Review-Journal. This is not the first round of layoffs in the newsroom this year. And a press crew was also laid off. So what is the future of the state's largest newspaper? What does it mean when the city hall and county government reporters are made redundant?
