Much like the state of Nevada, Clark County must redraw its district maps for commission seats as a result of population growth over the past ten years. Unlike the state battle which will be settled in court, the county is putting together its own plan. But, the ACLU of Nevada says the current plans being discussed don't address the issue of large minority population gains, mainly Hispanics, in Clark County. And with only one minority on the county commission, the ACLU says it's time to give Latinos a greater influence. We'll discuss the details of the county's approach to redistricting.
