Controversy in North Las Vegas Ward 4

After incumbent City Councilman, Richard Cherchio lost the Ward 4 election in North Las Vegas by a single vote it was revealed some voters may have cast ineligible ballots. According to Clark County Elections Registrar, Larry Lomax a poll worker in Ward 4 allowed a voter to cast a vote in the wrong ward. A lawsuit filed by Richard Cherchio in district court also claims at least two other voters cast ineligible votes. One of those voters admitted to the Review Journal that he voted in the wrong city but claims he was unaware he wasn't allowed to vote in the ward 4 election. Cherchio's lawsuit seeks to nullify election winner Wade Wagner's certification. Review Journal Columnist, John L. Smith joins us to discuss the ongoing drama in North Las Vegas.
