Garth Brooks and Steve Wynn have made it very clear to would-be profiteers that they will not tolerate people profiting off the shortage of tickets for the country megastar's Las Vegas concerts. Wynn Las Vegas has instituted an elaborate procedure to ensure that only genuine concertgoers buy tickets and we talk to writer and blogger Steve Friess about the new plan to stamp out scalpers.
