Renewable Energy

The Legislature has been working on renewable energy in this state for more than a decade. Our representatives promised big changes in 2009. But what's the reality. Attorney Kathleen Drakulich has been watching these changes during that time and we talk with her about the significance of the tax breaks in the 2009 Legislature. She'll be speaking next week at UNLV's Renewable Energy Symposium. Kathleen Drakulich is an Attorney with McDonald Carano Wilson, and a member of Senator Harry Reid's Renewable Energy Blue Ribbon Panel since 2008.
