Legal Ethics - Torture Memos

Ian Mylchreest talks with Stephen Gillers, who teaches legal ethics at New York University Law School. Gillers spoke about his call for an investigation into the so-called "torture memos". Las Vegas-based federal appeals court judge Jay Bybee headed the Office of Legal Counsel when the memos were written.
