HOA's and Foreclosure

The failure to pay regular dues to homeowners associations is leading to foreclosures, and we hear how the process works and why HOA's decide to foreclose. Guests include David Stone, president of Nevada Association Services, a collection agency that represents HOAs; Jason Ekus, secretary of the Casa Rosa Homeowners Association Board; and Wendy Linow, director of education for Terra West Property Management, which oversees 170 homeowner associations in southern Nevada.
