Hiroshima Survivor Takashi Tanemori

Takashi Tanemori , artist, writer and atomic bomb survivor

... on surviving the bombing of Hiroshima, his life following the bombing, vowing to revenge his families death after moving to the US, to becaming a peace advocate. He is now a painter and writer with a collection of his work on display at the Atomic Testing Museum on East Flamingo Road.


  • Tanemori's artwork will be on display through September 7th at the Atomic Testing Museum in honor of the 63rd anniversary of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear bomb attacks.
