CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada's governor signed a law Friday opening the books on those awarded lucrative licenses to sell recreational marijuana in the state, prompting the state tax department to reveal that just 16 applicants won all 61 new pot dispensary licenses awarded last year.
