The neighborhood that sits under the shadow of the Stratosphere is famously known as Naked City. Once a place where showgirls could be seen sunbathing nude, for the last few decades it's been a community of low-income housing and high crime, in spite of many efforts to clean up the streets.
Former State Senator, Bob Coffin and candidate Adriana Martinez are in a heated race to be the next representative for Ward 3 on the Las Vegas City Council. Bob Coffin says his experience as a member of the Nevada Legislature gives him a good understanding of how to protect taxpayer money.
