Dam Short Film Festival

The Dam Short Film Festival returns in February for its 20th year in Boulder City.

The largest film festival in Nevada has been extended to six days for 2024, running from February 14 to 19 at the Elaine K. Smith Center in downtown Boulder City.

The festival will showcase 29 curated blocks of films with categories in animation, sci-fi, Nevada, romance, drama, horror and more, and will include films from all over the globe.

In addition to the screenings, festivalgoers can enjoy filmmaker Q&As, meet and greets, coffee with filmmakers and a mixer. The Sunday awards ceremony will also be livestreamed.

In 20 years, the festival has screened more than 2,500 films by local, state, national and international filmmakers.
