Affordable housing in Reno declining- Part 1

John Locher / AP

The Mountain West is facing an affordable housing crisis caused by rapid economic growth and slow home construction. A developer has plans to transform Reno's downtown area, but in the process, is demolishing weekly motels that have served as housing for people with low incomes. Mountain West News Bureau's Bert Johnson reports on this situation in Part one of this series.
