The Clark County School District has three new school board trustees, following Monday’s swearing-in ceremony.
Lisa Guzman, Katie Williams and Evelyn Garcia-Morales joined incumbent Lola Brooks, in taking their oaths of office.
They can now begin their four-year terms governing the country’s fifth-largest school district.
One of their first agenda items will be to hear plans for reopening school buildings, which have been closed for ten months due to concerns over COVID-19.
