Mandalay Bay, Mirage Closed Mid-Week

The hotel towers at Mandalay Bay and The Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip will be closed Mondays through Thursdays starting November 30.

The hotels will most likely revert to regular hours in January.

The plan is to close at noon on Monday and reopen at noon on Thursday.

MGM Resorts blamed reduced demand because of the pandemic for the mid-week closure.

Casinos, restaurants, and other amenities will remain open every day. Other properties on the Strip also have partial closures in place, including Park MGM and Encore. When the Rio reopens in January, it will also be closed mid-week.
