There were long delays once again heading from Las Vegas to California on Sunday.
An afternoon tweet from the Regional Transportation Commission said there was a 10-mile backup near the border at Primm.
This was the third Sunday this month that the RTC announced a major backup heading out of Las Vegas on southbound I-15.
