Nevada U.S. Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen are co-sponsoring a bill with Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and others to address broadband gaps in the United States.
The Accessible, Affordable Internet for All Act aims to invest in infrastructure, training and oversight to make internet access available in underserved areas.
If the legislation makes it through Congress in its current form, it would earmark $100 billion for broadband access nationwide.
