LAS VEGAS (AP) — FBI agents found rags, gasoline, aerosol cans and weapons along with booby traps, fireworks and handwritten notes of military and survival tactics while serving search warrants on three Nevada men who authorities say sought to spark violence during recent Las Vegas protests.
A police report shows the FBI found rags and gasoline to be used for Molotov cocktails and weapons in one man's vehicle as the group planned to attend a protest over George Floyd's death.
The FBI also found tactical notes, booby traps, fireworks and a tree bomb in one man's house. prosecutors say the men have ties to a loose movement of right-wing extremists.
