Macau Sees Massive Losses In May

Casinos in Macau had a rough May.

The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau in the Chinese gaming enclave reported a 93.2 percent decline in monthly gross revenue in May when compared to a year ago, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Macau saw revenue of $221 million in U.S. dollars compared with $3.252 billion last May.

It was the eighth straight month of declines in the market.
