Laughlin will be offering free COVID-19 testing for the first 1,000 residents who register and schedule an appointment next week.
The Nevada COVID-19 testing task force has partnered with the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce along with the Southern Nevada Health District and others to hold testing on the grounds of the Aquarius Casino Resort next Tuesday and Wednesday.
Pre-registration and scheduling by phone is required - (702) 298-2214, extension 4 or 5. The task force will use data collected from this and other testing sites across Nevada to get a better picture of where the virus has spread and where there might be hotspots.
