The Clark County Commission voted unanimously to suspend prerequisites for the special business licenses granted to liquor, gaming and resort properties as the state mulls when they can re-open.
Business licensing department director Jacqueline Holloway said at Tuesday’s meeting this is an important step to help the tourism economy bounce back.
The waivers will remain in effect for 120 days, with the option to renew.
