Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman again said it is time for the city to reopen, during an interview on MSNBC.
In the interview with anchor Katy Tur, Goodman said Las Vegas should re-open businesses while assuming everyone is a COVID-19 carrier and taking precautions recommended by the federal government
She asserted that approach has worked with other outbreaks in the city.

Tur called the mayor's view “a modern-day survival of the fittest."
Meanwhile, Governor Steve Sisolak says Nevada will need to see at least two weeks of consistent drops in the rate of COVID-19 cases and deaths before he’ll feel comfortable about easing any business closures or stay-at-home rules.
