DMV Closes Its Doors Over Coronavirus Concerns

The latest closures across the state, due to COVID-19, now include offices of the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles.

A DMV official said they’re aware that many of their customers are facing deadlines to obtain a driver’s license and vehicle registration, but that the health of the communities comes first.

They’re also reminding people that DMV online services are still available – which include vehicle renewal registration and registration cancellation.
