Clark County School District is providing free breakfast for all CCSD students for the rest of the year.
The program started Monday.
The district says making sure every student gets breakfast should lead to better behavior in the classroom and better grades.
CCSD says the federal government is paying for the meals through subsidies.
CCSD Superintendent Dr. Jesus Jara promised free breakfast last month and decided to start it this week, which is National School Breakfast Week.
