Stone will forfeit dozens of guns seized by federal agents during a search of Stone's residence. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for  Nevada, many of the seized guns had price tags and were marked for sale.

The office said the case was part of Project Guardian, a Department of Justice initiative to reduce gun violence and enforce federal firearms laws.
