LAS VEGAS (AP) — Officials at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas say a shooting in which a suspect was injured Thursday is having no impact on flight operations.
Media outlets report the shooting occurred on the tarmac at Terminal 1. The airport's website says airlines using that terminal include American, Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, Spirit and Contour.
Las Vegas police say the suspect "was struck" in a shooting involving at least one officer and that no officer was injured.
No additional information was released on the circumstances of the shooting, including the condition of the suspect or the nature of that person's injuries.
