Revenue generated by a 0.88 percent tax increase on hotel rooms is on track to support the $750 million in bonds for Allegiant Stadium, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Reports delivered to the Las Vegas Stadium Authority Board Monday indicate the $2 billion stadium is on time and on budget with substantial completion of the project expected on July 31.
The first scheduled event at the venue is set for Aug. 16 and the project closeout is set for Oct. 31.
The stadium should be ready for the Raiders’ 2020 season.
