KAOS Dayclub Employees File Suit Over Closure

A server who worked at the Kaos dayclub at the Palms casino resort has filed a class-action lawsuit against owner Red Rock Resorts.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports plaintiff Alyssa Faulstick alleges her employer failed to give staff adequate notice they were being let go.

Red Rock Resorts announced the immediate shutdown of Kaos Tuesday.
