Red Rock Casino in Summerlin is expanding its dining options to include Lotus of Siam and Oyster Bar, the property's parent company announced Monday.

A new Greek restaurant, Naxos Taverna, was also announced as part of the new eateries, as well as Nielsen’s Frozen Custard.

Lotus of Siam is one of the top-reviewed restaurants in Southern Nevada, and Oyster Bar's almost known for its long lines due to demand at other Station Casinos properties.

This will be Lotus' third location, and it is slated to open at the end of the year, according to Red Rock Resorts.

Also, as part of the property's "transformation," they'll be adding a cocktail lounge, adults-only pool, casino bar and "reimagined" High Limit Slots room.

The cocktail lounge will take over former event space Crimson, and the adults-only pool will take over the former Crimson pool.

Station Casinos is a subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, owner of Red Rock Casino. The company recently announced they would tear down three permanently closed locations: Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station, which have been closed since the start of the pandemic.

The company is also currently building Durango, a hotel-casino near Rhodes Ranch.
