The Washoe County School District is holding a special Board of Trustees meeting July 1.
In a statement, the district said trustees will "consider an agenda item to discuss the character, alleged misconduct and/or professional competence and future of" Superintendent Traci Davis.
Davis announced earlier this week she would take a leave of absence for “personal reasons."
The district says it informed Davis about the special meeting before she took the leave.
