Las Vegas Aces Center Cambage Expects To Make Her Debut Friday

Las Vegas Aces center Liz Cambage expects to make her debut on Friday on the road against the Phoenix Mercury.

Cambage was traded from Dallas to Las Vegas on May 16, but she didn’t play in the Aces' season-opening win Sunday over the Los Angeles Sparks, because she has been dealing with a flare-up of Achilles tendinitis.

Cambage was the runner-up in MVP voting last season, during which she set the WNBA single-game-scoring record with 53 points. She also averaged a league-high 23.0 points and 9.7 rebounds.

How is Las Vegas' healthcare system really doing, and what does it mean for you and your family? Desert Companion's Health Issue takes a deep dive into these questions and explores how heart-centered business leaders prove that doing good benefits the bottom line.
