The first residential development at Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas is set to break ground next week.
A Nashville-based developer plans to build a luxury mid-rise apartment community on six acres just north of the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
The project by Southern Land Company calls for 324 apartments, ranging from studios to two bedrooms as well as ground-level retail and restaurant space.
The name of the project will be revealed at a groundbreaking ceremony next week.
