LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say two people are dead, one is wounded and a child is OK after an apparent shootout involving an arguing couple and two men in a driveway at a southeast Las Vegas home.
Officer Larry Hadfield said officers found a man and a woman mortally wounded about 12:30 p.m. Thursday and a man with a gunshot wound.
All three were taken to a hospital, where two were pronounced dead.
A man in the driveway was treated for what police say was a shoulder wound.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the incident involved a couple in a car that pulled into a random driveway where two men were sitting.
Police say the woman handed the child to one of them before gunfire erupted.
