County Approves Plans To Build Homes At Bonnie Springs

The Clark County Planning Commission has approved plans to build homes on 64 acres at the site of Bonnie Springs Ranch – near Red Rock Canyon.

The commission signed off on the design submitted by developer Joel Laub. The property was bought from the children of ranch founder Bonnie Levinson – who died in 2016.
