Hearing Set For Wynn's Motion To Dismiss

A hearing has been set on a motion to dismiss a complaint by Steve Wynn against the Massachusetts Gaming Commission investigator leading the review of sexual harassment allegations.

Arguments will be heard by Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez March 4 regarding the commission’s review of Wynn Resorts’ gaming license in Massachusetts.

Steve Wynn maintains the lead investigator of the commission used privileged attorney-client communications in the report.
