Hearing Set For Wynn's Motion To Dismiss

A hearing has been set on a motion to dismiss a complaint by Steve Wynn against the Massachusetts Gaming Commission investigator leading the review of sexual harassment allegations.

Arguments will be heard by Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez March 4 regarding the commission’s review of Wynn Resorts’ gaming license in Massachusetts.

Steve Wynn maintains the lead investigator of the commission used privileged attorney-client communications in the report.

Allegations of sexual misconduct against Steve Wynn surfaced one year ago, and he is since being investigated by Massachusetts and Nevada’s Gaming Commissions.

He stepped down as the company’s CEO and denies all of the allegations.
