The average home price in Nevada closed out the year virtually unchanged from the month before, but still 10 percent higher than they were one year ago.
The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors released data for December 2018 that reports the median sales price of single-family homes last month was just over $295,000.
December did, however, see a drop in sales from the year before. The 2,142 sales represented an 18.2 percent decline since the same time in 2017.
