Clark County Commission To Vote On Non-Gaming Hotel Near Downtown Summerlin

Clark County commissioners are scheduled to vote Wednesday on the Howard Hughes Corporation’s plans for a 14-story hotel to be built next to the new baseball stadium.

The ballpark is under construction across from Downtown Summerlin.

The non-gaming 267-room hotel would cover 4.3 acres and be up to 170 feet tall.
