San Diego-based Matter Real Estate Group is joining in the warehouse development boom in North Las Vegas.
The company announced this week they’ve bought 32 acres at the northeast corner of Cheyenne Avenue and Valley Drive for $7 million – that’s half of what the previous owner, Qualcomm paid for the land for in 2005.
Matter plans to develop six buildings there for an industrial project.
