Wynn Las Vegas announced a large donation to The Shade Tree, a women and children’s shelter in Las Vegas.
Wynn Las Vegas President Maurice Wooden announced Tuesday the company will commit up to $1.5 million in the organization that helps homeless and abused women and children in crisis.
The partnership includes several construction agreements to provide much needed upgrades to the Shade Tree’s main intake center and shelter.
The investment will go toward upkeep and costs that go toward providing women and children with temporary housing, meals and medical care.
