Former Wynn Resorts general counsel Kim Sinatra will receive nearly $2 million in a severance agreement.
Sinatra officially left Wynn Resorts Friday after being relieved of her title on July 15.
Her severance agreement requires her to maintain contact with the company through the end of the year, a provision that grew out of ongoing investigations of alleged sexual misconduct on the part of former company CEO Steve Wynn.
Her replacement, Ellen Whittemore, will receive $600,000 a year in salary along with benefits and a possible bonus of up to 100 percent of her salary.
The company reported the figures Wednesday in its second-quarter Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
