Nevada’s state tourism agency is renewing a push to get visitors to rural Nevada.
The Nevada Commission on Tourism’s new marketing strategy includes four-year contracts for three companies to market the state’s rural destinations.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reportsthe state will spend more than $40.3 million over the four years on the contracts that begin July 1.
The collaboration is expected to expand the state’s TravelNevada brand.
