Downtown Las Vegas developer Derek Stevens is planning to build a 777-room hotel and casino along the Fremont Street Experience.
The Las Vegas Planning Commission is slated to review the project Tuesday while the Las Vegas City Council will have final say on the plans.
A downtown block was leveled last year to make room for construction.
