Southern Nevada taxicab companies continued to report declines in ridership and revenue.
According to the latest figures released this week, March 2018 ridership dropped 14.8 percent from the same time last year.
Revenues were also down 15 percent.

The local taxicab industry has reported monthly declines in revenue and ridership ever since transportation apps like Uber and Lyft were allowed to legally operate in Southern Nevada.
