It took less than two hours Wednesday for Clark County to sell the bonds necessary to help finance the planned $1.8 billion Las Vegas stadium.
The bonds are part of the public’s $750 million contribution to the stadium being built for the Raiders at Interstate 15 and Russell Road.
Construction is already underway for the 65,000-seat indoor facility. It’s anticipated to open for the 2020 NFL season.
