The Nevada Gaming Control Board has signed off on a set of revised regulations for licensees.
The Review-Journal reportschanges would come to how casinos handle patrons who are visibly intoxicated.
As previously written, regulations only govern those visibly impaired by alcohol, but revisions now expand that to impaired by any drug.

Other proposed amendments include those dealing with how out-of-state patrons are able to receive winnings by mail, and for drugs allowed to be in a horse's system if they're racing.
Books are also to keep closer track of bets placed by athletes or coaches of sporting events, both at college and professional levels.
The amendments now go before the Nevada Gaming Commission for approval later this month.
